Terms & Conditions LV88 – Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Rules

To register and use lv88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Is an individual registering under their own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or play ban issued by any relevant authority.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only at lv88. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of all outstanding balances and winnings.

Lv88 accepts deposits via the following recognised digital payment methods in Malaysia, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Funds are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds after payment is confirmed.
• Lv88 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account must be registered under the same name as the member.
• Lv88 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact lv88 customer support with proof of payment.

Withdrawal of winnings may be made to your Malaysian local bank account or e-wallet, subject to the following conditions:

• First withdrawal and withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 requires full KYC verification.
• All bonuses received must satisfy the rollover requirement before any winnings can be withdrawn.
